St. Clair Township Comprehensive Plan
The objective of the project was to assist St. Clair Township (Butler County) in producing a comprehensive plan that includes a source water protection element. Multiple partners, worked with the township, to assist in the preparation of the comprehensive plan that includes a source water protection element. The comprehensive plan addresses the township’s existing conditions, growth projections and the value of water resources upon which residents, landowners, and businesses rely. The final comprehensive plan includes the following elements: transportation, housing, public facilities and services, natural systems, source water protection, economic development, intergovernmental coordination, capital improvements and land use.
