1999 Pontiac Montana For Sale
Sealed bids due by August 13, 12:00 noon
The above vehicle was purchased by Butler SWCD in June 1999. The vehicle is used daily and is in fair mechanical condition. It has been regularly serviced and repaired as needed. Service and maintenance records available upon request. The successful bidder may obtain the equipment within 30 days following the bid opening and payment. Arrangements for viewing the equipment may be made by contacting Butler SWCD at 513-887-3720. Butler SWCD will not be responsible for any mechanical problems following the sale of the vehicle. Bids will be opened at the Butler SWCD Board meeting on Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.

How to Bid on the Van
Sealed bids will be received in the office of Butler SWCD until 12:00 noon on Friday, August 13, 2010 for the sale of one (1) used 1999 Pontiac Montana mini-van, as per specifications on file at the office of the Butler Soil and Water Conservation District.
All bids must include your name, address, phone number, and price offered with ‘VAN BID” written on outside of envelope. The Board of Supervisors, Butler Soil and Water Conservation District, will open bids on August 17, 2010 and reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
