2022 Tree & Shrub Sale 

For Butler County Residents:

    • Thursday, March 24 from 12 noon - 8 pm

    • Friday, March 25 from 6:30 am  - 2 pm

  • Pick-Up Location: Drive thru at Butler SWCD Office located at 1802 Princeton Road, Hamilton 45011.  

  • NOTE!!  Pick-up location is at the Butler SWCD office. 

How to Order

All orders are taken online at the Warren SWCD website only

Large Orders:

If you are looking to place an order of 100 trees or more for a park, school, or for yourself, you must contact the Warren SWCD office by Jan 31, 2021 so they can ensure large quantities will be available.

Why Purchase from Your SWCD?

Purchasing a tree through your local SWCD means you are getting a tree that is priced at-cost. Also, you can feel good knowing your tree is recommended for the area, giving it the best chance of survival here in Butler County.



Other Important Information

We can neither alter the contents of packet upon request, nor deliver them to your home. If conditions exist beyond our control, we also reserve the right to substitute species in the packets. The plants are nursery inspected to be disease free. The Butler SWCD and/or Warren Co SWCD cannot be responsible for their survival after they have been picked up by the customer. Any orders left five days after the pick-up date will be donated to a local school, and no refunds will be granted.

Please remember that this sale is for bare rooted tree seedlings, not full grown trees. The seedlings are typically from 2-4 years old depending upon the species and the availability. See the tree sale website for size range of each species.
