What forms of payment will you accept?

All reserved trees and shrubs purchased in-person must be paid for with cash or check only. No credit cards payments will be accepted. Payments only accepted on date of pick-up.

When do I pick-up my reserved order?

There will be two opportunities to pick-up your reserved trees:

1. Tuesday, April 9             2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

2. Wednesday, April 10     9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Where do I pick-up my reserved order?

At the Farm Zone Building located at the Butler County Fairgrounds, 1715 Fairgrove Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.

What if I have a large order?

If you are looking to place an order of 50 packs or more for a park, school, or for yourself, you MUST contact the office before February 29, so we ensure large quantities will be available.

Do we pay sales tax?

Yes, we are required by the state of Ohio to collect sales tax on all orders.

​

What if I'm tax exempt?

If you are tax exempt you may reserve your trees on the Google Form, but please call the office at (513) 887-3720 to let us know. You will be required to provide an exemption form prior to pick up date.

What happens if I forget to pick-up my tree reservation order?

All reservation orders that are not picked up by noon on Wednesday, April 10 will be placed back into the tree inventory for in-person purchase.

What if I forgot to reserve trees in February? 

Don't worry, once the reserve dates are closed, then anyone who would like to purchase trees may come to our official in-person tree sale at the Butler County Fairgrounds Farm Zone Building. In-person tree sales will take place:

1. Wednesday, April 10     2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

2. Thursday, April 11         9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Other Important Information:

We can neither alter the contents of packs upon request, nor deliver them to your home. The plants are nursery inspected to be disease free. Butler SWCD is not responsible for their survival after they have been picked up by the customer. If a species is not able to be supplied by the nursery due to disease, reservations can be replaced with another species or removed from the order total.
