Request for Proposals (RFP)
Butler Soil and Water Conservation District (Butler SWCD) and the Mill Creek Watershed Council of Communities are currently accepting proposals to develop and execute designs for the Hopewell Elementary Stormwater and Riparian Enhancement Project. The project involves stream, riparian, and wetland restoration practices for stormwater management.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various contractors and conduct a selection process to accept the contractor who best fits the requirements and guidelines herein, as decided by the Butler SWCD Board of Supervisors and Mill Creek Watershed Council of Communities.

Meetings are open to the public and are held at 1 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the Butler SWCD office.

Discounted Soil Testing
