Clean Sweep of the Great Miami River 
Saturday, September 21
  • Where:  Multiple locations to choose from. Please visit the clean sweep website to find a location near you and to register.
  • When:  Saturday September 21st from 9 am - 12 noon.
  • Register:  Please register for the location you wish to volunteer at. This helps us to make sure each site has enough materials including gloves, water, and t-shirts. 

Pollinator Fest
  • Where:  Butler SWCD's Agriculture Conservation Education Demonstration Site, 1810 Princeton Road, Hamilton Ohio 45011
  • When:  Saturday September 28th, 10AM-2PM Rain or Shine

 

 

VENDORS NEEDED

Acceptable items include flowers, honey products, native plants, nature artwork, food trucks, natural candies, etc. Interested in becoming a vendor? Download vendor form

  • November 12, Alien Invaders: a look at the impact of invasive species

Registration requested - We can contact registrants if the workshop is canceled due to inclement weather and/or if the meeting location changes. ​ Register online

Time: All sessions run from 6 - 8 pm

Location: They are held at the Butler SWCD, 1802 Princeton Road, Hamilton, Ohio

 

BEST Volunteer Events 

Be one of the BEST and join Butler SWCD at one of our volunteer events throughout the year. We hold river cleanups, invasive plant removals, hold BioBlitzes, package milkweed seeds, and more. We hold at least one event every month, and can provide letters certifying service hours. ​​​​
